Firstly, I must appreciate your writing skills. But it is my pleasure to inform you that I am highly disappointed by the way you perceived my visit to the college.
I came to meet the principal, only after hearing that your “friend’s” father made his visit first and complained to the principal.
I saw you in front of the office and talked to you and your friend, to resolve the matter (which in my opinion is different) instead of going to the principal. I also apologized humbly to your friend, in an attempt to end the issue, considering her my own daughter.
But I’m glad you made me realize my mistake.
With regards &
Best wishes.

I've been waiting for this since morning. Waiting for SOMEONE to act sensibly. For some one to actualy try and END this stupid argument blown way out of proportion, and not just PRETEND to solve it. To not give it anymore air than it deserves, and honestly, it deserves none.
ReplyDeleteMr. Gupta, I am indeed grateful to you for dealing with this the way you are, for not involving authorities which should NOT be involved, for speaking to children (who seem to be in a great hurry to start behaving as adults) in a manner that children must be spoken to, and lastly, for forgiving a child for misinterpreting your advice in his puerile naivity.
Thank you indeed sir, for giving us one more reason to look up to our elders.
Thank you.
